The unique steam bent walnut shell is entirely made of 1 ply of walnut wood, that's bent to a shell using steam. Thickness is 5mm + walnut reinforcement rings of 5mm. The walnut drum shell has an equal amount of highs, mid and lows. It sounds big and warm. The procedure of steam-bent makes the shell vibrant with long sustain and fundamental pitch.
