Article 1: General
The e-commerce website of a3drums offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its online store online.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any order placed by a visitor of this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order through a3drums, Customers must acknowledge these Terms, with which he accepts the applicability of these Terms, excluding all other terms. Additional Terms of Customer are excluded, unless previously agreed in writing by a3drums.
Article 2: Price
All listed prices are expressed in EURO, including VAT and all other taxes or taxes payable by the Customer.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be reported separately.
The statement of price only deals with the articles as described in the written description. The accompanying pictures are decorative and may include elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Supply
Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Apparent errors or errors in the offer do not bind a3drums. A3drums is what kept the accuracy and completeness of the information offered only as a means of commitment. If Customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery period or delivery method, we ask the Customer to contact our customer service in advance.
The offer is valid as long as the stock extends and may be modified or revoked at any time by a3drums. A3drums cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this is explicitly stated in the offer.
Article 4: Online purchases
If chosen for delivery by the Seller at an address or pick-up point chosen by the Buyer:
Products are delivered within Europe. A3drums appeals to PostNL, DHL and UPS for delivery of orders.
The delivery of products will take place as soon as possible and, in principle, at the expected time specified in the individual order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, this is within thirty (30) days after receipt and acceptance of the order. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the Buyer and may give rise to additional costs.
Orders are sent in principle within 7 days. No delay in delivery may give rise to breach of the agreement or payment of damages for the benefit of the Buyer, except in case of deliberate delay. We have the right to make partial deliveries.
The Customer has the choice between the following payment methods
- credit card;
- bank transfer to account number NL74 KNAB 0407 1070 88;
- Paypal;
- iDeal.
A3drums is entitled to refuse an order as a result of a serious defect from the Customer regarding orders involving the Customer.
Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement
After receiving payment, a3drums will ship the order as soon as possible. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method.
All prices are stated clearly and explicitly at the order.
Items ordered via this webshop are delivered in Europe
Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the goods shall be delivered to Customer's place of residence within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Any visible damage and / or qualitative defect of an item or other defect in delivery must be notified by the Customer to a3drums without delay.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer from him (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier), physically in possession of the goods. However, the risk is already transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the Customer's carrier has been instructed to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by a3drums.
Article 6: Retention of title
The items delivered remain the exclusive property of a3drums, until the time of full payment by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to designate third parties to the contents of the a3drums property reservation, e.g. to anyone who will seize the items not yet fully paid
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumer, purchase articles online at a3drums.
The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform a3drums of his decision to terminate the agreement through an unambiguous statement by post or e-mail.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his notice regarding his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the revocation period.
The Customer must notify, return or hand over the goods to a3drums, Belgium, 3500 Hasselt, Beukenstraat 26, without delay, but not later than 14 calendar days after the date of his resignation of the agreement. The Customer is on time when he returns the goods before the 14 calendar days expire.
The direct cost of returning the goods are at the expense of the Customer.
If the returned product is in some way reduced, a3drums reserves the right to claim the Customer and to claim damages for any impairment of the goods resulting from the Customer's use of the Goods.
Only items contained in the original packaging, together with all accessories, manuals and invoice or purchase receipt can be withdrawn.
If the Customer withdraws the agreement, a3drums will repay all payments received to Customer, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after a3drums has been informed of Customer's decision to cancel the agreement. With sales agreements, a3drums can wait for the refund until it has recovered all goods, or until Customer has shown that he has returned the goods, whichever is the first.
Any additional costs incurred by Customer's choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery provided by a3drums will not be refunded.
The Customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for:
• the supply or supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market at which a3drums is not affected and which may occur within the period of withdrawal;
• the delivery of goods manufactured according to specifications of the Customer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
• The supply of goods that spoil quickly or with a limited shelf life;
• The delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and whose seal has been discontinued after delivery.
• the supply of goods which, irrespective of their nature, are irrevocably mixed with other products;
• agreements specifically requested by the Customer a3drums to visit him for urgent repairs or maintenance;
• agreements concluded during a public auction;
• The delivery of digital content not provided on a material carrier, if the performance has begun with Customer's prior prior consent and provided that Customer has acknowledged that he loses his right of withdrawal there (eg downloading music, software);
Article 8: Warranty
Under the law of 21 September 2004 on consumer protection in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty shall render these rights without prejudice.
By default, there is a 1 year warranty for all products.
To make use of the warranty, the Customer must be able to submit a proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer at home, the Customer should contact a3drums and return the item to a3drums at no cost.
In case of defect, Customer must inform a3drums as soon as possible. In any event, any defect within a period of 2 months after its adoption must be reported by the Customer. Thereafter, any right to repair or replacement will cease.
The (commercial and / or legal) warranty is never applicable to defects arising from accidents, neglect, fallouts, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, failure to comply with the operating instructions or manual, adjustments or Changes to the article, handy use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that occur after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if any, are deemed to be no hidden defects, except for Customer's counter-notification.

Article 10: Penalties for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to a3drums, in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of non-payment, Customer is due by law and without notice a 10% interest per annum on the unpaid amount. In addition, the Client is obliged to pay a flat-rate compensation of 10% on the amount involved, with a minimum of 25 euro per invoice, by law and without notice.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, a3drums reserves the right to withdraw non-fully paid items.
Article 11: Privacy

We treat your information as confidential and will not pass it on, rent or sell to third parties
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of his log information and the use of his password. Your password will be encrypted, so a3drums will not be able to access your password.
